My name is Chesley Walsh, and I am an amateur cook and a very very amateur photographer. I shoot most images on my phone. I'm sorry about that, but if I get a better camera I promise to take better pictures, cross my heart.
I love food, eating it, making it, looking at it....and it was this last aspect that finally forced me to make some tribute to this trilogy of desires. My family and friends were beginning to grow concerned with my addiction to food blogs online, but I found a loophole! If I create one myself, then trolling the internet for food blogs is "research." Smart.
I am also a musician, so I post my music here sometimes, just things I'm experimenting with to keep a level field of enterprise throughout the blog. If you want to hear some of my more "polished" projects, follow links below to hear some folk or some dance synth stuff.
